Lake Helen is a serene country town dotted with historic homes and lakes. You can rent a log cabin on the lake that is perfect for a quiet getaway – either for business or pleasure. Enjoy amenities such as breakfast on the outside deck, surrounded by trees and lush plants and foliage. Several other freshwater lakes are located in the nearby countryside that offer private homes and cabin rentals, as well as rentals along the St. Johns River. There are also several campgrounds located near DeLand in West Volusia County, containing some 1,500 campsites.
